    You can notice that this patient's scars are still visible.  This is normal for three months after surgery.  They will begin to fade and by one year after surgery will be virtually imperceptible.  It helps that these scars are perfectly in the inframammary folds.   I always strive to get the scars to end up exactly in the folds and not on the breasts.
