    This is a very difficult case.  Preoperatively her left breast sits higher on the chest wall and is smaller than the right breast.  I used a slightly larger implant on the left side to try to improve the asymmetry.  The volume asymmetry is improved and the overall asymmetry is improved.  I think this is a good result given the significant preoperative asymmetry.
