A challenging case to say the least. I tell patients that it's very difficult to create symmetry when performing the same operation on two different breasts. For this case I assumed I would have to use an implant one, two or even three sizes larger on the left to improve the volume asymmetry. However, in the operating room I used temporary "sizers" which allowed me to see how each different implant size would work. I ended up going with 475cc which was the same volume placed in the right breast. I'm happy to say I think we achieved an amazing result with excellent symmetry.
