    This case is another good example of how implants can accentuate breast asymmetries.  In the postoperative picture her nipple heights are clearly different.  However, if you look closely at the preoperative pictures you can see that the nipple heights were different to begin with.  I tell my patients that after surgery their breasts will have the shapes and asymmetries as they do prior to surgery, but will just be larger.
