    This patient wanted a breast reduction but needed a procedure that would result in breasts that are proportionate to her body.  Approximately 300 grams of tissue was removed from each breast.  I refer to this as a "sporty reduction."  She attained a nice result with breasts that are now more proportionate to her body.
