Before and After Gallery

This lovely young lady had severe tubular breast deformity with significant breast shape asymmetry. Although, I determined that her breast volumes were fairly similar. Via periareolar incisions I placed the implants in the subpectoral position. Then multiple radial cuts, likes spokes on a wheel, were made in the breast tissues of the lower poles (lower halves of the breasts). This is necessary to allow the constricted breast tissue to expand over the implants. Then the areolas were reduced and the breasts lifted. I think a dramatic improvement to say the least.
