    This patient's complaint was the overhanging tissue of her abdomen.  After a standard tummy tuck with muscle repair she obtained a very satisfactory result.  You'll notice the fullness in the upper abdomen before and, less so, after the surgery.  This is caused by fat inside the abdomen and can only be treated with weight loss.  Her scar has the typical 4 month healing color and will fade over the next few months.
