    I find this case very interesting.  Notice the significant difference in shoulder height prior to surgery.  This was due to a difference in leg length resulting in her left breast being higher than her right.  Much of this discrepancy can be corrected at surgery but some asymmetry is inevitable.  Overall a significant improvement in breast appearance.
