    This lovely patient's asymmetry involved a more ptotic or sagging and larger left breast.  She needed lifts on both breasts but more significantly on the left.  In addition the use of low profile implants helps to add fullness to the upper pole of the breasts.  I think she obtained very good symmetry.  She was quite happy with the result.
