    This young lady had a volume asymmetry; the right breast was smaller than the left. So we used a slightly larger implant on the right. The volume asymmetry was less than I approximated so she ended up with an asymmetry but now with the right breast larger.  Saline implants would have corrected the volume asymmetry better but they aren't as nice as silicone gel.  Still it's a good result just not a perfect result.
