    One thing I want to point out in this augmentation is the width between her breasts.  This width is part of the anatomy and cannot be decreased without causing significant problems.  By wearing the correct bra she will be able to have cleavage should she desire it.  Also, her minor volume asymmetry was not enough to use two different sized implants.
