    This lovely young woman, believe it or not, has interesting anatomy.  She has mildly retracted ribs on the right side and mildly pronounced ribs on the left.  Because of this multiple implant sizes were taken to the operating room.  Once the true anatomy was visualized in surgery a determination could be make regarding which implant to use on each side.  To the patient's benefit her anatomy allowed implants of the same size to be used.  She is quite happy with the results
